Grasshopper Pie #2

Crust:

Mix 1-1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter, reserving 2 Tbsp for topping. Press evenly on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Chill.

Filling:

  • 25 large marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 3 Tbsp creme de menthe (green)
  • 3 Tbsp creme de cacao (white)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Combine marshmallows and cream over low heat until melted. Cool. Fold in liqueurs and whipped cream. Pour into pie shell and freeze. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top before serving.
