Grape Nuts Dessert
Gail Portwood
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. Grape Nuts
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1/2 c. nut meats
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
Boil the Grape Nuts, water, sugar and dates for 10 minutes. Mix with Jell-O and pour in pan to set. Cut in squares and serve with whipped cream.
