Fried Rice

  • 1 tbsp. shoyu
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup raw ham, cooked and diced*
  • 1 cup chinese sausage*
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 3 stalks green onion*

Heat pan and fry sausage, or other left-over meats, ham over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and shoyu. Add rice and cook for 5 minutes. Add onion and scrambled eggs.

*Left-over meats may be used, such as beef, pork, bacon, veal.
**Left-over vegetables may be used as carrots, bean sprouts, peas.
