Curry Pate

  • 2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. dry Sherry wine
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. mango chutney, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. finely sliced green onion with tops

Blend thoroughly cheeses, Sherry, curry and salt. Spread on a serving platter, shaping a layer about 1/2-inch thick. Chill until firm. At serving time spread with chutney and sprinkle with green onions.
