Curry Dressing for Pupus

• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1 tsp. curry powder
• 1 tsp. Tarragon vinegar
• 1 tsp. horseradish

Mix all ingredients; yield 1 1/2 cups. Suggest you use with raw vegetables.
