Cornbread Stuffing

  • 12 – 15 pounds Turkey
  • Double cornbread recipe, crumbed
  • 4 tbsp. bacon drippings
  • 1 pound link sausage, ½” pieces
  • 4 medium onions, chopped fine, cook in sausage fat
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • ½ tsp. sage
  • ½ tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Dash pepper

Mix all ingredients together, stuff turkey loosely.
