Cornbread Stuffing
- 12 – 15 pounds Turkey
- Double cornbread recipe, crumbed
- 4 tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1 pound link sausage, ½” pieces
- 4 medium onions, chopped fine, cook in sausage fat
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- ½ tsp. sage
- ½ tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
Mix all ingredients together, stuff turkey loosely.
