Corn Bread
- 2¼ cups flour (don’t sift)
- 2½ cups cornmeal
- 3¾ cups buttermilk
- 2½ tsp. salt
- 2½ tsp. baking powder
- 2½ tsp. baking soda
- 5 eggs
- 1¼ cups salad oil
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until the eggs are blended into the flour. Pre-heat pan in a 400 degree oven. Pour in batter then bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
