Codfish Pupu

  • 1 4-oz pkg shredded codfish
  • 1 Maui onion, sliced
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Msg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 stalks green onion, chopped fine

Put first 7 ingredients into a bowl in the order listed and toss well. Refrigerate before serving. Garnish with green onion before serving.
