Coconut Cookies

  • 1 lb. margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups fresh grated coconut
  • 4 cups flour – straight from the sack

Cream margarine and sugar. Add flour and coconut. Shape into 4 rolls as long as waxed paper is wide. Freeze. Remove from freezer, slice 3/16″. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 275 degrees until golden.
