Chinese Pot Roast
Diane Dutton Keliipio, Class of 1962
- 3 lb beef
- 1/4 cup shoyu
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 clove garlic
Place beef in heavy pot or Dutch oven with other ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 3 hours. Turn roast when half done.
