Brandy Alexander Pie

Class of 1972

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
  • 1 can (14-oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 Tbsp creme de cacao
  • 2 Tbsp brandy
  • Shaved chocolate for garnish

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, creme de cacao and brandy. Pour into prepared crust. Freeze 4-6 hours or until firm. Garnish with shaved chocolate, if desired.
