Best Bloody Mary

  • V-8 juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp pepper, medium grind
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 2 large pinches chives
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka or gin
  • 1 tsp grated green pepper

For every 4 ounces of V-8, add remaining ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator approximately 4 hours. When serving, garnish with paper thin slices of lemon, tomato, cucumber and watercress.
