Bean Sprout Casserole

  • 4 Tbsp fat
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 quart raw bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • Bread crumbs

Make white sauce of fat, flour, milk, and salt. Place white sauce, bean sprouts and cheese in alternate layers in a baking dish and cover with bread crumbs. Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees, for about 30 minutes, or until crumbs are brown.
