Baked Fish

  • 1 pound fillet of white meat fish
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons shoyu
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1/4 teaspoon gourmet powder

Soak fish in sauce and let stand for 1/2 hour. Oil pan and lay fish alternately with lemon slices.

Place in 350° oven to bake 7-8 minutes. Baste with sauce several times while baking.
