Baked Breadfruit #2

  • 1 very ripe breadfruit
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup water

Place breadfruit in a shallow pan, add water and bake at 300° F. for 3 hours. Cut in 6 sections removing core and stem. Top with butter and serve.

Variation: Before serving, top with butter and sprinkle with lemon juice and cinnamon.
