Apricot Liquer

• 1 lb. rock candy
• 1 qt. Vodka
• 1 lb. dried apricots (can use dried lychees)

Let set for 2 weeks in a colored bottle with wide mouth so you can get the apricots out. Serve with at least 2 apricots. You will end up with more fruit than liquer because they soak up the liquid but they are good over ice cream. Makes about 1 quart. Note: Pieces of string is from the rock candy. Remove them.
