Almond Float
- 1 pkg. Knox Gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 large can fruit cocktail or other canned fruit
1. Soften gelatin in 1/2 c. water.
2. Heat milk, sugar, remaining 1 c. of water until boiling point.
3. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. After cooling; add almond extract.
4. Pour into mold or pan.
5. Chill; cut into serving pieces and serve with fruits.
