Aburage Pupu
Reid Siarot
- 8 pieces aburage (thin sliced, deep fried tofu)
- 2 T. shoyu
- 1 1/2 T. vinegar
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 2 T. sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 dash Ajinomoto (optional)
- 1 chili pepper (optional)
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
Cut aburage into strips. Mix all other ingredients and sprinkle over aburage. Refrigerate overnight to enhance the flavor in the aburage.
