Apricot Crunch Bars

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 pkg (6-oz) dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 can (14-oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (3½-oz) flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

In 13×9-inch baking pan, melt butter; sprinkle crumbs and apricots evenly over butter. Pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with coconut and nuts; press down gently. Bake in 350 degree oven 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly before cutting.

Yield: 24 bars
