Biscuit Mix Cake #2

Add all this in a big bowl:

• 2¼ cups biscuit mix
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1¼ cups sugar
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 3 eggs
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 cup banana pulp
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat with electric beater for 3 minutes. Bake in greased 13” x 9” x 2” pan at 350 degrees for 35–40 minutes. Frost if desired.
