Biscuit Mix Cake

• 2¼ cups biscuit mix
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1¼ cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1½ tsp. vanilla

Beat all the ingredients together for 1 minute at low speed. Beat 2 minutes on high speed. Pour into greased 13” x 9” x 2” pan. Bake in 350 degrees oven, 30–35 minutes. For chocolate cake, add 2 squares chocolate melted at last beating period.
