Strawberry Cake
Pan Size: 9×13-inch pan
Baking Time: 40–45 minutes
Temperature: 350°
- 1 pkg. strawberry cake mix
- 1 3 oz. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. Mazola oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. strawberry soda (save rest of soda to pour over cake)
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well.
- Pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 40–45 minutes.
- Test cake for doneness before taking out of the oven.
- When done, take the cake out of the oven and poke holes throughout the cake with a chopstick and pour the remaining soda over the cake.
- For a different cake, use the orange supreme cake mix and orange crush soda.
