Ise Ebi No Takara Bune Yaki
- 1 lobster (medium size) boiled
- ¼ cup green pepper
- ½ bamboo shoot
- 2 pieces mushroom
- ¼ cup round onion
- 2 eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
Cut lobster in half; scoop out meat and cut in desired pieces. Chop vegetables fine; fry them quickly and set aside to cool. Scramble eggs lightly.
Combine lobster, vegetables and eggs with mayonnaise, enough to moisten mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff mixture into lobster shells and broil in oven for 10 minutes. Cover top with thin layer of mayonnaise, sprinkle some paprika, and broil for another 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
