Pineapple Lime Mold

  • 2 3 oz. pkgs. lime Jello
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and chill until cold.
  2. Cream evaporated milk and cottage cheese. Add to gelatin and mix well.
  3. Fold in crushed pineapple. (Do not use uncooked pineapple.)
  4. Pour into mold and chill for about 2 hours.
