Salt Cabbage

- 4½ c. chopped head cabbage (bite-size)
Cook until dissolved:
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
- ¼ c. white vinegar
- 1 c. water
Pour over cabbage and mix. Ready in about 2 hours.
