Stuffing

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 dried mushrooms (soaked in 1/2 cup water)
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped and browned giblets of chicken or turkey
