Chocolate Pudding II

Mrs. Yasushi Kurisu – Hakalau

  • 1 lge. can evap milk
  • 1 can water
  • ½ c brown sugar
  • ¼ c chocolate
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ c cornstarch
  • 1 c water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Combine first five ingredients together and let come to a boil. Mix cornstarch and water together and add slowly to boiling chocolate mixture. Stir constantly.

Add vanilla. Serves 6 – 8.
