Chocolate Pudding III
Mrs. Kimiyo Matsuoka – Hoolulu
- 1 T gelatine, plain
- 1 c milk
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 c milk
- 5 level T sweet chocolate
- 5 heaping T sugar
Soak gelatine in one cup milk. Separate yolks and whites of eggs, put yolks in one cup milk, beat just to break up yolks. Add chocolate and sugar mixture to the milk-yolk mixture and cook until it coats the spoon. Then add the milk-gelatine mixture and cook until gelatine is melted. Remove and cool.
Beat white and fold in to cooled mixture and fill dessert dishes. Chill in refrigerator and serve with table cream or whipped cream.
