Brussel Sprouts and Pork

  • 1 lb. belly pork, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pkgs. frozen Brussel sprouts
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp. flour

Boil pork, onion and salt and pepper, until pork is done. Add Brussel sprouts, boil for 6 more minutes. Mix flour with little water and thicken. Turn off flame.
