Nori Chicken Bits

Rawvern Kaluhiokalani/OPD

  • 1/2 Lb Boneless Chicken
  • 2 Ea Nori Sheets
  • 1/2 Cup Cornstarch

Sauce (mix together):

  • 1/4 Cup Shoyu
  • 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sake

1. Cut chicken into small bits and marinate in sauce for 1 hour.
2. Cut nori sheets in half then cut 1/2″ wide strips to just fit around the chicken bits.
3. Roll soaked chicken in cornstarch and bind with nori strips.
4. Deep fry in oil until done.
