Yum Yum Bacon
Pan Size: Jelly roll pan
Baking Time: 1 hour
Temperature: 250°
Yields: 10-12 pieces
- 2 lbs. thick sliced bacon
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
- Place bacon slices in a single layer in a shallow pan.
- Combine brown sugar and dry mustard and sprinkle mixture over bacon slices.
- Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
- Drain; cut into desired pieces with kitchen shears.
NOTE: May be served as an appetizer or even brunch.
