Pickled Red Mangoes
- 1 gallon salted green mangoes (peel and cut into halves)
Syrup:
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup vinegar
- ¼ cup salt
Cook syrup then add red coloring. Cool before pouring over drained salted mangoes.
