Konbu and Daikon

  • 1 package dried daikon
  • ½ package dried seaweed (kiri konbu)
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 cup shoyu
  • 1 cup sugar

Soak daikon and konbu until soft. Mix all the other ingredients and pour into the pan of daikon and konbu. Let it stand for a few hours before putting into jars.
