Mango Salsa

  • 1 peeled, diced mango
  • ⅓ c. red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ c. cilantro, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Let stand at room temperature a half hour before serving or refrigerate up to 24 hours. Best if used fresh.
