Mandarin Orange Mold

  • 2 sm boxes orange jello
  • 1 envelope knox gelatin
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 8-oz. cream cheese
  • 3 11-oz. cans mandarin orange, reserve liquid

Mix together orange jello and knox gelatin.

Leave cheese at room temperature and cream until soft adding liquid reserved from mandarin orange.

Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water and add to cheese mixture. Add mandarin oranges before pouring mixture into a greased mold.

Chill until firm.
