Pear Dessert
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour
- 2/3 cup Chopped Nuts
Press into slightly greased 8″ or 9″ pan. Bake 350° for 10 minutes.
Filling:
- 1 – 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Whip and spread on cooled crust.
Topping:
- 1 large can Bartlett Pears
- 1 T. Cinnamon
- 1 T. Sugar
Cut pears lengthwise. Spread over filling. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Bake 375° for 25 minutes. Cool. Keep refrigerated.
Double recipe to fit 9 x 13.
