Red, White & Green Kanten

  • 1 small box strawberry jello
  • 1 small box lime jello
  • 4 pkg Knox gelatin
  • 1 small can carnation evaporated milk
  • 1 c sugar

Boil 1/2 cup and 1-1/2 cups water. Turn heat off. Add gelatin that has been mixed in 1/4 cup cold water. Then add lime jello. Cool, then put in refrigerator to harden. After first layer has set, boil 1/2 cup sugar and 1-1/2 cups water. Then add 2 pkgs. gelatin that has been mixed in water. Then add 1/2 cup carnation evaporated milk. After mixture has cooled, pour over lime jello. Then repeat jello recipe and pour over milk layer.
