Mandarin Dressing

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup Marshmallow Creme
• 1 tsp. grated orange rind
• ½ tsp. chopped crystallized ginger

Gradually add mayonnaise to the marshmallow creme, and blend well. Stir in orange rind and ginger. Serve with fruit salads.
