Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup catsup
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. wine vinegar or more
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 2/3 cups salad oil–add gradually to mixture
  • 1 tsp. A-1 sauce
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Monosodium glutamate
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • Dash of paprika, garlic salt or pressed garlic

Yields 1 quart for 60 servings
