Vinegar Oil Dressing
- 11/3 cup salad oil
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 3 tbsp. white sugar, more if desired
- 2½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic (crushed or pressed)
- ¼ tsp. instant minced onion (optional)
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well, refrigerate. Makes 1 pint.
