Confetti French Dressing
- ½ cup corn oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1½ tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. grated onion
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. diced green pepper
- 2 tbsp. diced pimiento
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a tight fitting cover. Shake until thoroughly blended. Chill, shake well before serving. Yield 1¼ cups.
