Luncheon Bread
Beat well:
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 eggs
Add:
- ½ cup soft butter
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
Dissolve:
- 2 cakes yeast
In:
- 3 tbsp. warm milk
Add these ingredients to the batter. Beat well for three minutes. Place in greased bread pan. Let rise until double in bulk, about 2½ hours. Bake in hot oven 450 degrees about 20 minutes.
