Kahlua Under the Sink

• 2 c. water
• 2 c. cheap Brandy
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 – 23 oz. jar instant coffee (Yuban)
• 1 vanilla bean

Boil water. Mix sugar and coffee. Add boiling water. Cool. Add Brandy. Pour into glass 1/2 gallon wine bottle. Drop in vanilla bean. Let stand 30 days under the sink. Remove vanilla bean. Makes about 1 quart.
