Flank Pupu
- 1 1/4 lbs. flank steak
- 1/3 c. shoyu
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 sm. piece ginger, grated
- garlic or garlic salt
- ajinomoto
Cut flank steak in strip and cut in 1″ pieces. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to the flank pieces. Soak overnight. Roll in flour and deep fry.
