Yogurt and Cucumbers

  • 1-1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill OR 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • Salt and pepper

Put yogurt in bowl. Peel and chop cucumber finely and add it to the yogurt. Add finely chopped dill, onion, salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Let this stay in refrigerator for 1/2 hour before serving.

NOTE: This may be served as an appetizer or as substitute for salad.
