Won Bok with Bacon
- 1-1/2 lbs won bok
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp water
Cut won bok into 1-inch slices. Fry bacon until almost crisp. Stir won bok into bacon; add soy sauce and water. Simmer, covered, 8-10 minutes or until tender.
Yield: 6 servings
