Corn Beef Omelet

- 1 can corn beef or roast beef hash
- green onions if desired (2 leaves chopped)
- 3-4 eggs, beaten
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese or any cheese desired
In a large frying pan, brown the hash and heat. Beat eggs and add green onions. If desired, add black pepper or hot sauce. Pour eggs all over the heated hash. Do not stir. Cover and cook until eggs are set. Sprinkle cheese and heat only until the cheese melts. Serve.
(This is a good and easy breakfast when you go camping.)
