Potato Salad Pupu

• Crackers, bite size
• Potato salad (may be picked up from Deli)
• Lean ham, cut slightly smaller than crackers
• Olives, sliced
• Prepared mustard
• Parsley

Spread potato salad on cracker. Place ham on potato salad. Top with olive. Carefully spoon mustard into olive hole. Garnish with parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
