(From the Las Vegas Hilton)

  • 1 1/2 c. whipped cream
  • 1 qt. chocolate chip or vanilla ice cream – very slightly beaten
  • 6 medium sliced bananas (slice thin, dip in 1 c. water with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice to keep from turning brown)
  • 1 #2 can peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. (or more) Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1/4 c. (or more) Brandy

Lightly mix whipped and ice cream together. Fold in fruits and liquors. Serve in stemmed individual compotes. (Can be stored in refrigerator in covered dish.)
