Frosted Fruit Slices

  • 1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 – 1 lb. 14 oz. can fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained and cut in fourths
  • 2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Soften cream cheese and blend with mayonnaise. Stir in well drained fruit cocktail, cherries and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. Tint pale pink with red coloring or cherry juice. Pour into 1 quart round ice cream or freezer container. Freeze firm 6 hours or longer. To serve, cut into pieces. Decorate with mandarin orange sections and cherries.
